How to enter

The CIPD in Ireland HR Awards recognise excellence across the people profession, celebrating the individuals, teams and organisations delivering measurable impact through their people practices.

Choose your category

Review the category criteria and select the category that best reflects your work and where you can demonstrate the strongest evidence of impact.

Prepare your submission 
Focus on the challenge or opportunity, the approach taken and the impact achieved. Support your entry with clear evidenceoutcomes and measurable results.

Complete your application 
Submit your entry using the online awards platform Submit

Upload supporting information 
You can include supporting documents such as charts, graphics or tables to provide additional context. (These materials are not scored but can help bring your entry to life.)

Confirm and submit 
Make sure you complete the final confirmation step so your entry can be included in the judging process.

Important information

  • You may enter multiple categories, provided each submission is unique and relevant to the category criteria. Entrants may be shortlisted as a finalist in a maximum of three categories.  
  • Entry responses must not exceed the maximum combined word count of 2,000 words and individual question limits apply. 
  • AI tools may be used to help plan, structure or refine your submission. However, entrants remain responsible for ensuring all information is accurateauthentic and supported by evidence.
